This is our Introduction to CrossFit program. This is where you learn all the principles of CrossFit and "The Bluegrass Way" in a small group or individual setting before getting into regular classes.
Individual intro sessions are available for a one time fee of $75 and can be arranged to fit your schedule. Individual sessions are about 1.5 hours and will cover the entire intro course in one session so you can then get right into classes. After the individual session, you'll receive 2 weeks of free classes to try us out.
